TERMS & CONDITIONS : |
|
1. Only registered contractor under appropriate class with
Drinking Water & Sanitation
Department, Government of Jharkhand are eligible to participate in
Tender. The Tenderer must submit his Registration Certificate and up
to date sales tax Clearance certificate with Tender. |
|
2. Only those contractors/Firms are eligible to
participate in Tender who have got previous
experience certificate of execution and successful completion of
Similar nature of work like supplying and installation of Computer
and Wifi Networking minimum 50% of tender value. |
|
3. Turn over of the Tenderrs must be Equivalent to
estimated cost in any one year in last three
year. The tenderers must submit documentary evidence issued by the
chartered accountant
along with “Technical Bid”. |

The estimated amount may increase or decrease. The
earnest money will be payable as mentioned in the B.O.Q. and it must
be duly pledged in favour of the Executive Engineer D. W.& S
Division, Gonda, Ranchi. The earnest money will be deposited in form
of 6 year NSC VIII

The Tenderer should enclose all the certificates and
earnest money in envelope ”I” marked as Technical Bid and
enclose their rates in envelope II marked as Rate Bid. Both the
envelopes should be sealed separately. First of all envelope “I”
will be opened. Envelope “II” will be
opened
only after the tender is found technically eligible |

6.
First Technical Bid shall be opened and eligibility of
the Tender shall be ascertained. Those Tendered who do not qualify
in the Technical Bid, their tender shall be rejected and their
Price
Bid shall not be opened.

7.
The Tenderer should carefully go through the contents
of B.O.Q., Notes to Tenderer and Scope of Work before submission of
Tender. Other terms and conditions of the tender shall be enclosed
along with the B.O.Q. and shall be binding to the Tenderers.
|

8.Right to accept or reject or to distribute the work
among the tenderers will remain reserved with the department without
showing any reason. |
|
9. Tender shall also be accepted by Registsred post or
speed post during the stipulated period. |
|
10.The Cost of B.O.Q. is non refundable. |
|
11. The decision of department will be final and binding in
case of any dispute. |
|

13.Proper legal action along with black listing would be
done against those tenderers, who will
submit
incorrect/fake certificates along with tender. |

14.
No escalation in rate will be allowed and no claim on
account of delayed payment owing to unavoidable circumstances will
be entertained. |

15.
The tenderers are advised to participate in tender
after inspection of work site. |
|
16.
Conditional tenders will not be entertained. |
|
17.
Ranchi will be the jurisdiction of court, if any legal
dispute. |
|
18.
Intending tenderer may please note that work is of
emergent nature an has to be completed in Schedule time with
adequate quality assurance. |
