8. Earnest money should be in
shape of N.S.C./3 to 5Years time deposit pass book/Bank
guarantee(Valid only for company, firms and public sector under
taking) issued by any Schedule Commercial Bank(Co-operative Bank
will not be accepted) duly pledged in favour of undersigned &
validity should be one year from the date of
opening of tender. |

9. Only manufacturers of G.I.
pipe having B.I.S. certification are eligible for participation in
tender. |

Bidder has to mention their
capacity of production of material, BIS Certificate. |

11.Quantity of materials
mentioned in N.I.T. may vary. Order of full quantity of materials
may not be given for which no claim will be entertained. |

Bidder has to mentioned ready
stock position for supply and supply orders in hand.

Tender Notice can also be
seen on Departmental Notice board. |

Bidder should submit their up
to date Income Tax, PAN Card, Sale Tax / VAT clearance certificate
along with tender. |

Conditional tender will not
be accepted. |

Proper legal action including
black listing will be taken against those tenderer who will submit
incorrect/ fake certificate along with tender at any stage. |

.Manufacturing unit of
Jharkhand State will be given preference as per Jharkhand State Purchase Policy 2007 (Vide
letter no.2138 dated 15.10.2007 issued by Industry Department, Govt.
of Jharkhand) . |

18.The Bidders will quote their
rates in accordance with the clauses laid down in the B.O.Q. |

19. The Rate will be inclusive of
marking, packing, third party inspection , loading, unloading,
stacking & carriage of materials etc. all for any F.O.R.
destinations in the State of Jharkhand. |

20.Third party inspection by
D.G.S.& D./Crown/SGS/ RITES/BIS will be mandatory as per the
standard norms. |

21.Selected Bidder /Supplier
will have to arrange Road Permit at their own cost & effort for
supply of materials. Department will not take any responsibility for
the same. |

22.Other terms & conditions
of tender will be enclosed along with B.O.Q. and will be binding to
the Bidder. |

23.Rate should be valid for one
year from date of opening of Tender. |
|
24.All rights are reserved to
accept or reject or to distribute the supply order among the
tenderers by the undersigned without assigning any reason. |

25.Any legal disputes will be
subject to the Jurisdiction at Ranchi Court. |
