Tender of those contractor/firms will be treated technically
eligible, who will submit attested photo copy of up to date
certificate of registration in proper category in DW&SD,
Jharkhand/ Other State or Central Government/other State/ Central
Govt. undertaking pertaining to respective water supply nodal
department and up to date income tax and sales tax clearance
certificates |

10.
Work
Experience
: Only those contractors/Firms are eligible to participate in tender
who have got previous experience certificate of execution in proper
category in DW&SD, Jharkhand / Other state or Central Department
and up to date sales tax clearance certificate .and IT PAN Card
|

11 The
total Turnover of the Contractor/Firm should not be less than
Estimated cost during last three years and it should not be less
than 50% of the estimated cost in any one year in these three years. |

12.
The
Estimated amount may increase or decrease. The Earnest money
will be payable as mentioned in the B.O.Q and it must be pledged In
favour of the Executive Engineer of concerned DW&S Division. The
Earnest money will be deposited in the form of
6 years NSC VIII issue, 3/5 years post office time deposit
passbook/bank guarantee issued from a schedule commercial
bank valid for 180 days from the date of opening tender. |

13.
Other
terms and condition of tender will be enclosed along with the B.O.Q
and will be binding on the tenders. |
|
14.Right
to accept or reject the tender will remain reserved with the
department without showing reason. |
|
15.
The
tenderer should enclosed all the certificate and earnest money in an
envelop ‘I’ and enclose their rate in. another envelop ‘II’
and super scribed over the envelop, Technical bid & rate bid
respectively. |

16.The
cost of B.O.Q is non-refundable. |
|
17.The
decision of the department will be final and binding in case of any
dispute. |
|

19.The
work shall be executed on the basis of guidelines and provisions of
Bureau of Indian Slandered code of practice, National Building code
and CPHEEO manual/PHE Specification/PWD Specification. |

Proper
legal action along with black listing would be done against those
Tenderers, who will submit incorrect/fake certificate along with
tender |
|
21.No
escalation in rate will be allowed and no claim on delayed payment
owing to unavoidable reason will be entertained. |

22.The
Tenderers should participate in tender after inspection of work
site. |
|
23.
Conditional
tender will not be entertained. |
|
24.
Intending
tenderers may please note that work is emergent nature and has to be
completed in schedule time with adequate quality assurance. |
|
25.
Intending
tenderers may submit their tender papers through registered post or
speed post so that the same should reach in the office of the
undersigned on or before the due date and time. |

26.In
case of any Legal dispute, the Jurisdiction of
the court will be at Ranchi |
