TERMS AND CONDITIONS :

Only those manufacturers of Field Test Kits, whose Kits have been evaluated under UNICEF sponsored study conducted by "Sriram Institute for Industrial Research (SIIR), New Delhi" having Cumulative Impact Factor (CIF) 70 and above are eligible  to participate in this tender for Chemical Parameters Field Test Kits as mentioned in S.N. 1. For field test kits mentioned on S.N.2 technologies of DRDO, Gwalior will be acceptable.

* The quantity mentioned above may change.

* Tenders are to be submitted on the departmental tender document which must be accompanied with Earnest Money. The earnest money as mentioned above shall be duly pledged in favour of the Chief Engineer-cum-Executive Director (HRD), Drinking Water and Sanitation Department, Doranda, Ranchi-834002. The Earnest Money should be deposited in form of 6 years N.S.C VIII^th issue or 3/5 years post office time deposit pass book/Bank Guarantee issued from a scheduled Bank valid for 6 months (Valid only for Company, Firms and Public Sector undertaking) from the date of opening of tender.

*  Other terms and conditions of tender will be enclosed along with the Tender papers and will be binding on the tenderer.

* Right to accept or reject the tender will remain reserved with the undersigned without showing any reason.

* The tenderers should submit all the certificates including photocopy (duly attested) of up to date Sales Tax/Trade Tax, Registration Certificate, Evaluation Report, Experience Certificates etc. issued by  the competent authority and sufficient earnest money in the envelope "A" super scribed on top of envelope as "Technical Bid" and their rates in envelope "B" super scribed on top of envelope as "Rate Bid". Both the envelopes should be sealed separately. First the envelope "A" will be opened. Envelope "B" will be opened only after the tenderer is found technically eligible.

* The cost of tender document is non-refundable.

* The decision of the undersigned will be final and binding in case of any dispute.

* Proper legal action along with black listing will be done against those tenderers, who will submit incorrect/fake certificates along with the tender.

* Conditional tenders will not be entertained.

* Intending tenderers may please note that work is of very urgent nature and has to be completed in scheduled time with adequate quality assurance.

* Ranchi will be the jurisdiction of court, in case of any legal dispute,
