Earnest
money should be in shape of NSC/3 to 5 years time deposit pass
book/Bank Guaranty (Valid only for company, firms and public sector
under taking) issued by any schedule commercial bank pledged in
favour of undersigned. |

Only
those Manufacturers can be participated in this tender who are
registered with industries Department of Jharkhand State and located
in the State of Jharkhand and having BIS certificate. |
|

Bidder has to mention their capacity for production of
materials, BIS Certificate, SSI Certificate/NSIC Certificate, PAN
Card and VAT Certificate of Jharkhand State.
SSI
Units of Jharkhand State are eligible to get all the preference as
per Jharkhand State Purchase Policy 2007 (Vide letter no. 2138 dated
15.10.2007) |

Quantity
of Materials mentioned in NIT may increase or decrease. |

Tender
Notice can also be seen on Departmental Notice Board in Office.

15.
Bidder
should submit there up to date VAT clearance paper along with
tender. |
|
16.
Conditional
tender will not be acceptable. |
|
17.
Cost
of tender document will be non refundable. |
|
18.
Proper
legal action including black listing will be taken against those
tenderer who will submit incorrect/Fake certificate along with
tender at any stage.
|

19.
The
Rate will be inclusive of marking, packing, third party inspection,
loading, unloading and stacking etc. all for any F.O.R. destination
in the State of Jharkhand. |

20.
Third
party inspection by DGS&D/Crown/SGS will be mandatory as per the
standard norms. |
|
21.
Selected
bidder/Supplier will have to arrange Road permit at their own effort
for supply of materials. Department will not take any responsibility
for the same. |
|
22.
Other
terms & conditions of the tender are mentioned in the B.O.Q. and
are binding to the Bidder. |
|
23.Rate
will be valid for one year from the date of opening of tender. |
|
24.
All
rights are reserved to accept or reject or to distribute the supply
order among the tenderers by the undersigned without assigning any
reasons.

25.
Any
legal disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction at Ranchi Court. |
