SHORT TENDER NOTICE

8.     Tender document will be issued to only those contractors who will submit attested photo copy of up to date certificate or registration in proper catagory in DW & SD  Jharkhand State or Central Government pertaining to respective  water supply nodel Department up to date sales Tax clearance certificates.

9. Work Experience only those contractors  / Firms are eligible to participate in Tender who have got previous experience certificate of execution and successful completion of following components/ terms to the extent shown against each item.

10 The total turn over of the Contractor/Firm should not be less than 50%           estimated cost in any one  year ( Estimated cost in last three consecutive years           evidence issued by the Charted Accountant.

11  The Estimated amount may increase or decrease. The earnest money will be payable as mentioned in the BOQ and it must be pledged  in favour of the Executive Engineer of concerned. Drinking Water & Sanitation Division. The           earnest money will be deposited in form of 6 years NSC VIIIth. Issue or 3/5 years post office time deposit pass book/Bank Guarantee (for firm only) issued form a Schedule bank valid for 180 days from the date of  opening of tender.

12. Other terms and conditions of tender will be enclosed along with the BOQ and will be binding on the Tender.

13. Right to accept or reject or to distribute the work among the  Tenderers will  remain reserved with the department without showing any reason.

14. The Tender should enclose all the certificates and earnest money in  envelope”I” marked as Technical Bid and enclose their rates in envelope”I”  marked as Rate Bid as Rate Bid. Both the envelops should be sealed separately. First of all envelop “I” will be opened. Envelope “II” will be opened only after tender is found technically eligible.

15. The Cost of BOQ is non refundable.

16. The decision of the department will be final and binding in case on any dispute.

17. For further details, contact the Superintending Engineer D.W  & S Circle Chaibasa or Executive Engineer D.W & S Division Chaibasa and Chakradharpur and Seraikela on any working day or see the office Notice  Board.

18. The work shall be executed on the basis of guidelines and provisions of Bureau of indian Standard code of practice. National Building code and CPHEEO manual.

19. Proper legal action along with black listing would be done against those  Tenderes who will submit incorrect/ fake certificate along with Tender.

20. No escalation in rates will be allowed and no claim on account of delayed payment owing to unavoidable circumstances will be entertained.

21.The Tenderers will participate in tender after inspection of work site .

22. The Conditional Tenders will not be entertained .

23. Intending Tenderers may pladge note that work is of emergent nature and has to be completed in scheduled time with adequate quality assurance.

24. Tender shall also be accepted by registered post or speed post during the stipulated period.
