TO
WORK AS A NODAL FIRM (CONSULTANT) FOR THE
DESIGN
AND IMPLEMENTATION OF PROJECT OF
ACCRUAL
BASED DOUBLE ENTRY SYSTEM
The Dy. Secretary, Urban Development Department, Govt. of
Jharkhand invites technical and financial proposals in three
envelope (A,B, & C) from established and eligible firms at least
Ten years old and institutions, who have experience in
conversion/preparation of Accounts of Municipal
Corporations/Municipal Councils on accrual based double entry
system, to work as a Nodal firm for the Design, Implementation,
Computerization of conversion and preparation of the accounts and
Budgets of Municipal Corporation, Municipal Councils and Nagar
Panchayat, Municipalities and Notified Area Committee.
2. The role of Nodal
Firm shall be to facilitate, manage, supervise and to carryout
activities prescribed in the service needs the project of
implementation of in phased manner, in close coordination with the
Nodal Agency, to assist the Nodal Agency in procuring
consultants/vendors for various activities, to prepare documents for
'Expression of Interest', 'Request for Proposal' etc. to assist in
evaluation of bids/offers, to make presentation and to draft
circulars, memorandums, letters, reports on behalf of the Nodal
Agency as and when required.
3. The RFP document may
be downloaded from the websites : www.jharkhand.gov.in,
www.jharkhand.nic.in & www.ranchimunicipal.com
and submitted along with the Demand Draft of Rs. 5000/- (Rupees five
thousand only) drawn in favour of the Secretary, UD payable at
Ranchi.
4. Duly completed offer
shall be received in the office of the OSD, Greater
Ranchi Development Agency Limited - GRDA (SLNA - State Level Nodal
Agency for JNNURM) 3rd floor, Pragati Sadan (RRDA Building),
Kutchary Chowk, Ranchi up to 07-07-09 till 4:00 PM. The
envelope A & B will be opened at 4.30 pm on the same day.
Based on the technical and financial capacity, work
experience, a shortlist shall be prepared and the envelope
"C" of short listed Proposals will be opened at subsequent
date after due intimation. The rights of accepting or rejecting whole or part of any
Proposal are reserved.
