NOTICE INVITING TENDER 

Sealed tender in duplicate in two parts (Part-I-Technical and commercial and Part-II-Price Part) are invited from reputed manufacturers/authorized dealers for supply of the following materials for 2x210 MW Units at Tenughat Thermal Power Station, Lalpania, Distt - Bokaro. The description of item & scheduled dates are given as under :- 

NOTE:- 
(i) Part (I) of the tender paper will be opened at 4.00 PM on the date of receipt of tender Paper. If the due date happens to be a holiday, part-I will be opened on next working day. 
(ii) Tender paper may be obtained on any working day during working hours from the office of the undersigned on payment of amount (Non-refundable) as indicated above in the shape of Bank Draft issued by any Nationalised Bank in favour of "TENUGHAT VIDYUT NIGAM Ltd." payable at Ranchi or on payment of cash to Accounts Officer, Tenughat Vidyut Nigam Ltd., Ranchi. Copy of up to date sales tax/VAT registration, STCC clearance, PAN, Manufacturer's registration certificate/authorized dealership certificate, copy of past PO executed for experience etc. will have to be submitted at the time of purchase of B.O.Q.
(iii) Earnest Money @ 2% of tender value must be deposited either in cash or in the shape of Demand Draft as mentioned above with part-I of the tender paper. SSI units are not required to deposit EM subject to submission of exemption certificate during tender submission. 
(iv) The undersigned reserves the right to extend the due date, to reject any/all the tenders, increase/decrease/redistribute the quantity of tender without assigning any reason thereof.
