TENDER NOTICE 

Sealed tenders in duplicate in two parts (Part-I Technical & Commercial, Part-II-Price) are invited on behalf of TENUGHAT VIDYUT NIGAM LIMITED, Ranchi from reputed, experienced and financially sound firms for round the clock operation, maintenance and overhauling of air conditioning plants 2x210 MW units of TTPS, Lalpania. The scheduled date is as under : 

1. The firm should be financially sound and having following pre-requisites :  
a) Electrical Contractors License, 
b) Electrical Supervisory License,
c) Provident Fund Code No. 
d) Labour Licence
e) Upto date STCC, 
f) Experienced of similar works for a minimum period of two years. 
g) Annual turnover of the firm during preceding three years should be atleast 30% of estimated cost. 
2. The tender should be submitted in duplicate in two parts (Part I Technical & Part-II Price Part) sealed separately and superscribed with tender notice no. and due date of opening. 
3. The tender papers (BOQ with specification and terms and conditions) may be obtained from the Accounts Officer, TVNL, Hinoo, Ranchi on payment of cost of BOQ (Non refundable) through Bank draft in favour of TENUGHAT VIDYUT NIGAM LIMITED, payable at Ranchi. Original documents alongwith photocopy in respect of prerequisite qualification shall must be produced at the time of purchase of tender paper. 
4. Sealed tenders in two parts with full technical particulars and details shall be received in the office of the undersigned as mentioned above. The technical parts shall be opened as per above scheduled in the presence of the tenderers or their authorized representative. Tenderers may also submit their tender papers by registered post/speed post well in advance to reach the office of the undersigned on or before date & time the tender will not be acceptable by the Nigam if the registered letter is reached after due date and time. 
5. Tender shall be submitted with earnest money @ 2% (two percent) of quoted value maximum upto Rs. 50,000/- only in shape of Bank draft drawn in favour of Tenughat Vidyut Nigam Limited, payable at Ranchi. Tender without earnest money will not be considered. 
6. The TVNL reserves the right to reject any or all tenders or distribute the works among the tenderers without assigning any reason thereof.
