NOTICE INVITNG TENDER

On behalf of TVNL, Ranchi, sealed tender in duplicate in two parts (Part-I, Technical & Commercial, Part-II Price Part) are invited from reputed, experienced and financially sound manufacturers for supply of Hi-Chrome steel ball size 50 mm dia for 2x210 MW Tenughat Thermal Power Station, Lalpania against the NIT NO- 10/M/PUR/TVNL/RAN/07-08. 

The Tenderer should have following pre-qualifying criteria :- 
1.The bidder should have past experience of successfully executing the orders for similar items and works for any TPS of Govt./semi Govt./ PSU/SEB's of 210 MW and above. 
2. Preference shall be given to the bidders who have supplied similar items to any 210 MW BHEL similar unit and whose performance is satisfactory. 
3. Tender paper (BOQ) may be obtained on any working day during working hours from Accounts Officer, TVNL, Hinoo, Ranchi-834002 on payment of above amount (non-refundable) in the shape of Demand Draft issued by any Nationalized Bank in favour of "TENUGHAT VIDYUT NIGAM LIMITED" payable at Ranchi. 
4. The bidders should have valid STCC as on date of opening of tender. 
5. The firm should have executed successfully a single order for similar items for Rs 72 Lacs or two orders for similar items for Rs 45 Lacs or three orders for similar item for Rs 36 Lacs during last 07 (seven) years. 
6. Annual turn over of the Bidder during last three years should be above Rs 72 lacs. 
7. During issue of tender documents relevant original documents may be demanded for verification. Tender without Earnest Money will not be accepted. The undersigned reserves the right to reject any or all or to distribute the job among the Bidders without assigning any reason thereof. 
8. If the due date of opening happens to be a holiday, then the same will be opened on next working day at scheduled time. 
9. SSI (Jharkhand) will be given preference.
