TENDER NOTICE

TENDER No. 04/Coal Trans/TVNL/Ranchi/07-08 DUE ON 28.08.07

Sealed tenders in two part (Part-I Technical & Part-II Commercial) are invited on behalf of TVNL, Ranchi for the work of 3rd party Sampling & analysis at multiple loading and unloading points on dumper from the following collieries of CCL to TTPS, Lalpania. The detailed description are as below :       

MINIMUM ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA (WITH DOCUMENTARY EVIDENCE) 
1.Average Annual turnover during the last three years ending 31st March 2007 should be at least 30% of the estimated value. 
2. Experience of having successfully completed similar works during last 7 years, ending day of the month previous to the one in which applications are invited should be either of the following :
a) Three similar completed works costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of the estimated value. 
                                                         OR
b) Two similar completed works costing not less than the amount equal to 50% of the estimated value.
                                                                    OR
c) One similar completed work costing not less than the amount equal to 80% of the estimated value. 
3. Valid P.F. registration certificate. 
4. Valid Service Tax registration certificate. 
Period of Contract : Three years subject to review of the performance at the end of each year. 
Tender document : Can  be obtained from 06.08.07 to 27.08.07 from A.O TVNL, Ranchi on any working hrs after verification of documents from Joint Secretary (Tech.)
Receipt of Tender : To be deposited in the Tender Box located at the TVNL Hqr, at Ranchi on 28.08.07 upto 13:00 hrs. 
The tender (part-I) will be opened on the same day at 15:00 hrs in presence of participating tenderers/representative. Incomplete/ Conditional tenders will not be entertained. Document submitted should be clear and legible. Tenders without earnest money will not be accepted. The acceptance/rejection of the tenders with the sole discretion of the TVNL without assigning any reason whatsoever.
