NOTICE INVITING TENDER

Sealed tenders in duplicate in two parts (Part-I Technical & Commercial, Part-II- Price) are invited on behalf of TENUGHAT VIDYUT NIGAM LIMITED, Ranchi from reputed, experienced and financially sound firms for the annual contract of following works for 2x210 MW units at Tenughat, TPS, Lalpania, Dist. Bokaro.     

1. The firm should have following perquisite qualifications : 
a. Experience in similar types of work of Coal Handling system of 2x210 MW or above. 
b. Valid labour license, E.P.F. Code No. (Independent) & Character certificate of the Head of the firm/proprietor of the firm from Component Authority (not below the rank of Sub-Divisional Magistrate). 
2. The tender paper (BOQ) with all terms and conditions may be obtained on any working day during working hours from Accounts Officer, TVNL, Hinoo, Ranchi on payment of cost of BOQ either in cash or in the shape of Bank draft issued by any Nationalized Bank in favour of "TENUGHAT VIDYUT NIGAM LTD", payable at Ranchi. 
3. Earnest Money as mentioned above must be deposited in shape of Bank draft issued by Nationalized Bank in favour of TENUGHAT VIDYUT NIGAM LIMITED, payable at Ranchi.
4. Documents in respect of prerequisite qualification will have to be produced at the time of purchase of tender paper. 
5. The TVNL reserves the right to extend the due date of opening or to reject any or all tenders and to reduce, increase or distribute the work among the tenderers without assigning any reason thereof.
