NOTICE INVITING TENDER  

POWERING JHARKHAND

Sealed tenders in duplicate in two parts (part-I Technical & Commercial, Part-II, Price) are invited on behalf of Tenughat Vidyut Nigam Limited, Ranchi from experienced and financially sound contractors for the works detailed below : 

1. The firm should have sufficient experience in respective field in 210 MW generating station. 
The tenderer should have successfully completed works in 
(a) Single order of 80% 
(b) Two orders of 50% each
(c) Three orders of 40% each 
of estimated value during the last 5 years ending March 2007. 
2. The tender paper (BOQ) with all terms and conditions may be obtained on any working day during working hours from Accounts Officer, TVNL, Hinoo, Ranchi (Jharkhand) on payment of cost of BOQ either in cash or in the shape of Bank Draft issued by any nationalized bank in favour of 'Tenughat Vidyut Nigam Limited' payable at Ranchi. 
3. The Earnest money as indicated above, must be deposited in the shape of Bank draft issued in favour of Tenughat Vidyut Nigam Ltd, payable at Ranchi. The details of Earnest Money deposited should be indicated on the top of the envelope of Part-I enclosing the photocopy of instruments inside. Tender without earnest money shall not be considered. 
4. The date of opening of Part-II (Price Part) will be communicated to eligible tenderers by registered post later on. 
5. The undersigned reserved the right to extend the due date of tender and to reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reason thereof.
