Notice Inviting Tender

On behalf of TVNL, Ranchi, sealed tenders in duplicate in two parts (part-I Technical & Commercial Part-II, Price) are invited from reputed, experienced and financially sound manufacturer for supply of spares for ring granulator and vibroscreen of CIP for our 2x210 MW. Tenughat Thermal Power Station, Lalpania against the NIT No. 35/M/PUR/TVNL/RAN/06-07.

The tenders should have the following pre-qualifying criteria:- 
1. The bidder should have experience of successfully executing the orders for similar items & works for any TPS of Govt/Semi Govt./PSU/SEBS of 210 MW and above.
2. Preference shall be given to the bidders who have supplied similar item to any 210 MW BHEL similar unit and whose performance is satisfactory.
3. Tender paper (BOQ) may be obtained on any working day during working hours from Accounts Officer, TVNL, Hinoo, Ranchi on payment of amount (non refundable) as indicated above in the shape of Bank Draft issues by any Nationalized Bank in favour of "TENUGHAT VIDYUT NIGAM LIMITED", payable at Ranchi. 
4. The bidders should have valid upto date STCC as on date of opening of tender.  
5. The firm should have executed successfully a single order for similar items for Rs 48 lacs or two orders for similar items for Rs 30 lacs or three orders for similar items for Rs 25 lacs during last (07) seven years. 
6. Annual turn over of the bidder during last three years should be above 48 lacs.
7. During issue of tender documents, relevant original as detailed above may be demanded for verification. Tender without Earnest money will not be accepted. The undersigned reserves the right to reject any or all or to distribute the job among the bidders without assigning any reason thereof.
8. If the due date of opening happens to be a holiday, then the same will be opened on next working day at scheduled time.
9. SSI (Jharkhand) will be given preference.
