In reference to previously published above tender inviting
offers only from reputed manufacturers/authorized dealers,
having at least three (3) years experience in supply,
installation, testing and commissioning of Diesel Generator Sets
and subsequent representations submitted by certain firms, the
following clarifications are issued:
(a)
The detailed technical specifications mentioned in the
tender document are illustrative and not specific.
(b)
Any eligible firm may participate, keeping in mind the
expected output of the DG set, the performance of erstwhile
supplied DG sets of same output and the After-sales services.
(c)
The hourly fuel and lubricant consumption of each quoted DG
sets should also be mentioned to enable ascertainment of the
operational cost of such DG set.

Accordingly, the last date of submission and opening of bid
is extended to 22.07.2008 at pre specified timing i.e.
1600 hrs. at FFP building conference Hall, Dhurwa, Ranchi – 4
Rest scope, criteria, terms & conditions etc of the
tender will remain the same.
