GENERAL INFORMATION
The
State of Jharkhand is widely being acknowledged as the region of
natural magnificence with its beautiful hills, waterfalls,
forests, sanctuaries, glorious tribal culture and climate as
well as different places of famous pilgrimages like Deoghar,
Parasnath, Rajrappa, etc.
As
such, the State Government has decided to set up informative
entertainment facilities in the form of Multimedia Laser
Show depicting themes based upon customs,
culture, traditions, heritage etc. of the State.
These Multimedia Laser Show facilities would be set up at
Hatia Dam (Ranchi)/ Rajrappa (Ramgarh)/ Shilpgram (Deoghar).
Accordingly,
proposals are invited from reputed Firms having at least two (2)
years experience in installation, repairs, operations and
maintenance of permanently installed similar type of Multimedia
Laser Show Systems involving seamlessly integrated Multimedia
Project comprising of Aqua Screen, Musical Dancing Fountain,
Laser, Audio and Video Projection Shows.

Procedure
The
Bidders should submit the proposals in two parts:
1.
Technical Bid
2.
Financial Bid
i)
Technical part should contain all such details as
mentioned in the Bid Document.
ii)
Financial part should contain the financial bid inclusive
of all admissible taxes, duties and levies, etc.
The details of the financial bid should also be included
for better appreciation of the bid.
iii)
These two parts should be submitted in separate sealed
and superscribed envelops.
iv)
Both the envelops should then be sealed in a third
envelop marked as “TENDER FOR SETTING UP OF MULTIMEDIA LASER
SHOW AT HATIA DAM (RANCHI)/ RAJRAPPA (RAMGARH)/ SHILPGRAM (DEOGHAR)
FOR PROMOTING TOURISM IN JHARKHAND”.
A
complete set of Bid Document may be purchased by interested
eligible Bidders on the submission of a written application to
the Under Secretary, Department of Tourism, Government of
Jharkhand upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 5000/-
(Rupees five thousand only) in the form of Demand Draft in
favour of The Under
Secretary, Department of Tourism,
Ranchi, payable at Ranchi during office hours on all
working days from 30.06.2008 to 11.07.2008
The Bid Document may also be downloaded from www.jharkhand.gov.in
in which case, the fee in the form of demand draft should
be enclosed with the bid document at the time of submission.
A pre-bid conference will be held on 03.07.2008 at 1100
hrs. in the office of the undersigned.
The last date for submission of bid is 12.07.2008 up to 1400
hrs at the following address:

The technical bid shall be opened on 12.07.2008 at 1500
hrs. before the duly constituted committee.
The bidder or his authorized representative may remain
present during the opening of such bid.
