TENDER NOTICE FOR SUPPLY OF
VARIOUS PUBLICITY AND PUBLIC AWARENESS DISPLAYS / ITEMS, ETC.
The
Department of Tourism promotes various tourism related
activities in the State of Jharkhand. To create awareness among
potential tourists, attract investment in tourism sector and
showcasing the tourism strength of the state, the department
organizes and participates in various
State/National/International level exhibitions, seminars,
workshops etc from time to time.
In
light of the above, tenders are hereby invited for supply of
attractive, up-to-date, state-of-the-art and high quality
various publicity and public awareness displays/ items, the
details of which are as follows :

Accordingly,
sealed tenders are invited from interested eligible
manufacturers/authorized suppliers in the office of undersigned
by 14:00 hrs on
09/06/2008 which shall be opened before the departmental
purchase committee at 16:00
hrs on 09/06/2008
The
rates are to be quoted with respect to above items in prescribed
"Price Bid From" which can be collected from the
office of the Under
Secretary, Department of Tourism, F.F.P. Bhawan, 2nd
Floor, Dhurwa, Ranchi - 834004 during office hours.
The
Bid Document may be purchased personally during office hours on
all working days from 19.05.2008
to 07.06.2008
against payment of Rs. 500/- (Rs. Five Hundred only) It may also be downloaded
from www.jharkhand.gov.in,
in which case the fee in the form of demand draft should be
enclosed with the bid document at the time of submission.
The bidder or his duly authorized
representative may remain present during the opening of the
tender.
Terms
& Condition
1.
A demand Draft of 5,000/- (Rupees five thousand only)
as EMD in the name of Under Secretary, Department of Tourism,
Ranchi shall have to be deposited along with the bid.
2.
Up-to-date clearance certificate with respect to
Commercial Tax, etc. along with the PAN No. and attested copy of
registration certificate, should be enclosed along the bid.
3.
Wherever feasible, samples of the quoted items should
be presented before the purchase committee, which may be
retained in case of selection for future reference. In case of
non-presentable items, relevant brochure/Photographs/CD should
be submitted for better appreciation.
4.
No advance payments shall be admissible.
5.
The ordered equipment shall have to be delivered and
installed at such place or places as directed, for which no
extra payment shall be admissible.
6.
The price quoted should be inclusive of all taxes
admissible. For installing the Touch-screen-Kiosks, the
necessary display programming as directed by the Tourism
Department has to be carried out, which should be included in
the quoted price.
7.
The undersigned reserves right to accept or reject in
part or as whole any of the proposals received without assigning
any reason thereof.
8.
The Vendor should ensure prompt after sales service
within 24 hours of complaint with respect to any supplied
equipment.
