Tenderers or their authoried representatives may choose
to be present at the time of opening of Technical
bid/Financial bid.
11.
The bidder/ Contractor must be registered
in (Up to date) R.D.D (At Present R.W.D), Jharkhand. At
the time of buying the tender document the photocopy of registration, income
tax clearance certificate, sale tax
clearance certificate, labour license, and character
certificate must be attached with
application.
12.
The price of Tender document is Rs 10,000.00 (Ten
thousand) only, (which
is non refundable)
in the form of bank draft in favour of Executive Engineer,
R.W.D Works Division, Deoghar, payable at State Bank of India,
Deoghar. (0064)
13.
The work is to be done on "turn - Key" basis.
The DPR drawing etc. available in the depart ment may be seen
in the office of the undersigned on any working day for
reference only. The contractor, however, is required to make
his own design and drawing based on his own survey,
investigations etc, at site.
14.
The total length of the bridge is 230 M(Approx).
The width of the carriageway is 7.5 M. The Length of
approach road will be 100M in both side (upto
Premix carpet level )
i.e, total length of approach roads are 200M.
15.
Time of Completion : 15 (Fifteen) Months.
16.
Tenderers must have experience of bridgework of at
least 138M (One hundred thirty eight) length with one
Bridge having a length of at least 115M (One hundred
Fifteen Meter) on well/Pile/open foundation etc.
17.
Tenderers are advised to visit the bridge site (on
their own) to study the details and conditions of
work site.
18.
Tender is on the basis of Turn Key based on "Two
Envelope System" of "Technical" and
"Financial" bids. Financial bids of only technically
qualified bidders shall be opened.
19.
Financial bids will be opened after decision of
Technical Bid in the office of the Chief Engineer, R.W.D,
Ranchi.
20.
The Undersigned reserves the right to accept or reject
any tender/the tender without assigning any reason.
21.
The details of terms and conditions of the tender may
be seen in Tender/Bid document.
22.
The department will not supply/provide any construction
equipment and material such as roller, cement ,
steel etc.
23.
Work has to be executed on the basis of guidelines and
provision of M0RT&H specification and IRC/ PWD guidelines.
24.
The contractor is required to establish his own fully
equipped and functional Quality Control laboratory at site
of work before execution of the work for quality control
tests.
25.
Tenderes should quote their rate (a maximum limit ) up
to 15%( Fifteen Percent) below the estimated cost. Rate
quoted More than 15% below will not be accepted.
26.
The Sanctioned Length
of Bridge will not be changed without Permission of Competant
Authority.
27.
The sofit level will not be changed in any condition
from sanction DPR.
28.
The types of foundation work will not be changed. In
sepical condition type of foundation work may be changed
by order of competant authority.
29.
Tenderer shall not file tender for more than the one
work in one seald envelope, Tenderer desirous of submitting
tender for more than one work shall submit tender in separate
sealed envelope for each work on appropriate and duly
purchased Bid-document. The name of the work should be clearly
written on the sealed envelope.
30.
Estimated Cost/ Earnest money & length of bridge
may be changed for bridge.
So as mentioned in Bid-document is finaly applicable for this
work.
