Inviting Tender For Drilling |
|
The Directorate Geology, Department of Mines &
Geology desires to carry out drilling for the reserve estimation
of Pyroxenite, Limestone,
Kyanite, Graphite in the state of Jharkhand. The Core drilling
required is of N-size with core recovery exceeding 90%. The total
drilling is estimated to be about 20,000 M. The depth of
individual bore hole may go up to 100m. The total meterage and the
depth of hole may very as per requirement. The terms and
conditions of the tender will be as follows :- |

3.
The tenderer will have to pack and hand over the core
obtained from drilling to the department for dispatch to
Laboratories. |
|
4.
The tenderer will have to submit an earnest
money of Rs 50,000.00 (Rs. Fifty thousand) in shape of crossed
bank draft in favour of Director,
Geology, Department of Mines & Geology, Government of
Jharkhand payable at Ranchi along with the tender. |

5.
The tenderer must indicate the availability of
equipments and associated human resources with their experience in
field of above mentioned minerals field for drilling,in their
tender paper. |
|
6.
Tenderes must submit the list of work completed by them
in area of above mentioned minerals for drilling and name of the
client. |
|
7.
Tenderer must indicate separate rates for the drilling
from 0 to 40 meters and there after at the interval of 30 meters
for total depth of 100 meters. |
|
8.
The tenderer will have to make all arrangements of
their own of drilling, boarding & lodging and other logistic
support for their members. |
|

11.
Tender should be submitted separately. The earnest
money (part-I), technical bid (part-II) and price bid (part-III)
must be placed in separate sealed envelops.
All the three envelops will be sealed in separate envelop |

12.
Tenders will be opened in the presence of tenderers or
their authorized representatives. |
|
13.
The tenderers shall enclose valid Sales Tax Clearance Certificate of last financial year. |
|
14.
The undersigned reserves the right to reject /cancel
/postpone any or all tenders in part of full without assigning any
reason whatsoever. |
|
15.
In case of any dispute the legal jurisdiction shall be
within the jurisdictions of Ranchi only. |
