- This is to inform that
Jharkhand Agency for Promotion of Information Technology
under Department of Information Technology, State Government
of Jharkhand (herein referred to as ‘JAP-IT’) intends to
select a Content Service Provider (herein referred to as ‘CSP’)
for the contribution and maintenance of State Specific
Content to the National Portal of India, http://india.gov.in
(herein referred as ‘NPI’) for the State of Jharkhand.
- The
assignment specifications, terms and conditions, and various
and proforma for submitting the Tender offer are described
in the Tender document.
- EMD
of Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) in the form
of DD/Pay Order should be submitted along with the tender.

- The copy of tender
document can be downloaded from website
http://jharkhand.gov.in or
may be obtained during office hours between the above
said working days in person by paying
an amount of Rs. 500/- by way of Demand Draft / Pay
Order favouring “CEO, JAP-IT” payable at Ranchi.
- Please note that the
prospective Content Service Provider need to purchase the
tender document from JAP-IT, Engineers Hostel No.2, Near Golchakkar, Dhurwa, Ranchi,
Jharkhand and
should also attend the pre bid meeting on scheduled date,
time and venue. In
case the prospective content service provider downloads the
document from the website, the cost of tender document
should be paid along with the submission of the tender.
