(a)
Tender for supply
of the above items may be sent in sealed cover to the
Special Secretary, Information Technology Department,
Government of Jharkhand, Mantralaya Building, 3rd floor, PO-Dhurwa,
Ranchi-834004 so as to reach on or before 1.00 PM of 24-3-2008
and received
tenders will be opened same day at 3.00 PM in the chamber of
Special Secretary, IT. Tenderers have to give detail technical
specification for their product. Envelope containing the
quotation should be superscribed "Quotation for supply of
Plasma TV/Plastic Card Printer", as the case may be.
(b) The
items to be supplied will have to be as per the specifications
mentioned in para (A) and (B) and
price of each item to be quoted separately as per the following

SEAL
The lowest rate of bidders will be decided on the basis of
item-wise separately.
(c)
The supplier will have to install, commission and test
run the equipment
at the office/place to be decided by the Information Technology
Department.
(d) The
bidder is required to submit EMD by way of Demand Draft for
Rs.40,000/-(forty thousand) drawn in favour of Special
Secretary, Department of Information Technology.
(e) The
supplier should mention the warranty period and all
repairs/replacement/maintenance of the items to be done by the
supplier, failing which the security money will be forfeited.
(f)
The supplier will be required to pay the requisite
taxes, as applicable, to the Government of Jharkhand.
(g) The Information Technology Department reserves the
right to cancel or reject any or all the tenders without
assigning any reason.
