Sealed tender on approved Bill of Quantity to be
eventually drawn in PWD Form F2 are invited from the
registered contractor of appropriate category of Building
Construction Deptt. Jharkhand/CPWD/Govt. Undertaking and
having electrical license (Green Card Holder) from appropriate
authority or having association with or have employees having
electrical license from appropriate authority and the same
will be received up to 3.00 PM on 05.08.2008 and will be
opened same day at 3.30 PM by the Chief Engineer, Engineering
Cell, Dpt. Of Health & Family Welfare, Govt. of Jharkhand,
or his authorized representative in Control Room, circular
Road Ranchi.

The item of works, plans, specifications or any others
information in connection with the work can be seen in the
office of the Executive Engineer, Engineering Cell, Dept. of
Health & Family Welfare, Govt. of Jharkhand, State R.C.H
Office Campus Namkum, Ranchi. On any working day during the
office hours before filling the tender.
1.3-
Bill of Quantity/ Tender document can be purchased from
the office of Executive Engineer, Engineering Cell. Dept. of
Health & Family Welfare, Govt. of Jharkhand, State RCH
office Campus Namkum, Ranchi. On the payment of cost of B.O.Q
as mentioned in N.I.T Column No. 5 (Non-refudable)in the shape
of account payee Bank Draft in favour of Secretary, Dept. of Health & Family Welfare. Govt. of Jharkhand payable at
S.B.I Nepal House Doranda, Ranchi up to 5.00P.M on 04.08.2008.
No tender paper will be sold by any of the above office after
date and time fixed for sale of Tender paper. At the time of
purchase of tender paper the tenderer should show the up to
date registration, Sales Tax, up to date Labour licence,
character certificate from D.C
1.4-
The tenderer are required to deposit earnest money as
mentioned in Tender Paper. This may be deposited in the form
of Bank Guarantee issued by scheduled Bank (valid for 11
months.) N.S.C VIIIth issue/post office savings banks3/5 T.D.
only duly pledged in favour of concerned Executive Engineer,
Engineering Cell, Dept. of Health &Family Welfare. Govt.
of Jharkhand, State RCH Office Campus Namkum, Ranchi. Tenders
without requisite amount of earnest money as required in form,
shall be summarily rejected. Any claim for exemption for
depositing earnest money may be entertained only with the
approval of Government of Jharkhand.
1.5-
Tenderer should quote his rate on overall items (not
item wise) in percentage above or below (both in figure and
words) over the estimated cost or B.O.Q amount. In the case
the rate quoted by the tenderer is less than (-) 15% this will
be treated as unworkable and tender shall be rejected.
1.6-
The Department reserves the right to accept or reject
any or all the tenderers received without assigning any reason
there of. Ambiguous and conditional tenderers are not
acceptable and will be out rightly rejected.
1.7-
Successful tenderer, will have to deposit @ 5% of
tendered amount including Earnest Money towards the initial
security deposit at the time of agreement, remaining 5% shall
be deducted from the each running bill.
1.8-
The earnest money of the successful tenderer will be
forfeited in case the tenderer declines to sign the agreement
or fails to deposit security money within 10 days of being
called upon to do so after approval of the tender by the
Competent Authority.
1.9-
The N.I.T with general rules and special conditions
will from a part of the contract document.
1.10-
It will be obligatory for the tenderer to keep his
offer open for acceptance for period of 180 days from the
opening of the tender.
1.11-
Up-to-date Sale Tax clearance Certificate/Income Tax
clearance Certificate/up to date labour license/upto date
character from DM(DC)/SP tools & machinery shall
be submitted by the tenderer, in absence of which tender may
be rejected.
1.12-
Photostat copy of the registration certificate and
others document in support of the claim duly attested by
Gazetted Officer must be enclosed along with the application.
1.13-
Tenderer before quoting the rate should visit the site
and see the site condition and availability of material.
If
estimated cost is changed, the earnest money will be deposited
according to the cost mentioned in the B.O.Q.
