Expression of Interest
For Establishment of Super Specialty Hospital, Allopathic Medical College Nursing & Para medical Educational Institutions (Except Brambay (Ranchi) and Musabani(Ghatshila).

Carved out of Bihar, the State of Jharkhand came into existing on 15^th November, 2000 with only three Government Medical Colleges of total 190 M.B.B.S. admission.  The Government has made rapid strides at policy level as well as service delivery level in health sector, still there is big(huge) resource gap in Doctors/Nurses & Para medicals.  Every year a lot of quality students from State leaves for other State for Medical, Nursing & Para Medical Education study. New Institution will also attract students from neighboring State as well as neighboring country due to easy communication with Air/Rail/Road.
          The Government of Jharkhand is keen in facilitating the desire & deserving Firm/Society/Organization/Corporate houses to set up Allopathic Medical Colleges/Super Specialty Hospital/Trauma Care Centre/Nursing College/Para Medical Institutions in the State at an earliest available opportunity.  Government of Jharkhand has declared Health Sector Service as an Industry.  The Policy guideline on Public Private Partnership for Establishing Medical College, Super Specialty Hospitals, Nursing School/College/Para Medical Institutions is available in Website: jharkhand.nic.in/dept_health.htm.

1. With this advertisement government invites the desirous Firm/Society/Organization/Institutions proposals for establishment of the Allopathic Medical Colleges/Nursing School/College/Super Specialty Hospital/Para medical Institutions as per the guidelines of Respective Council, M.C.I., D.C.I., I.N.C. & A.I.C.T.  Proposals should be sent to:- Secretary,Health-cum-Chairman,Jharkhand Health Society, Ranchi.

2. A Workshop would be arranged at RCH Conference Hall, Namkum  2^nd August  2007 to facilitate the entrepreneurs.
