Short Tender Notice
Sealed
tenders in double sealed covers subscribed "tender for supply of Garden
Equipment/Tools" are invited for supply of the following items from their
manufacturer/authorised dealers. The same shall be addressed to the Principal
Secretary, Governor's Secretariat, Jharkhand Ranchi-834001 (Jharkhand).
Tenders will be received in the office of the undersigned only till 13.00 hrs.
of 28.02.2003 and will be opened on the same day at 15.00 hrs. Tenderers or
their authorised representatives may remain present at the same time of
opening of tenders.
1.
Quotation should contain specification of all items along with terms and
conditions
2.
Tender should be submitted in two separate sealed envelopes, one envelope
containing technical specification of all items and another envelop containing
only financial quotation.
3.
The tenderer should submit Income Tax clearance certificate and Sales Tax
clearance Certificate.
4.
Preference shall be given to dealers having authorised service support center
locally.
5.
earnest Money of Rs 5,000/- is essential with the tender in the form of Bank
Draft payable at Ranchi in favour of Principle Secretary, Governor's
Secretariat, Jharkhand, Ranchi.Bank Gurantee will not be accepted.
6.
Charges for training, if any, must be shown separately in the tender.
7.
The garden equipment/tools shall be supplied within four weeks of issue of the
purchase order. If the same is not completed within the aforesaid period,
penalty at the rate of 1% per week of ordered value shall be levied and
realized and in such a situation the purchase order may also be terminated.
8.
Taxes will be deducted from the bills as per the prevailing rules.
9.
The undersigned reserves the right to accept/after specifications and approved
units to be purchased or to reject any or all tenders without assigning any
reason thereof.
10.
The successful bidder will have to deposit 10% of the total bid amount for one
year or the date of warranty whichever is earlier. No interest shall be
payable on delayed payment for any unforeseen reason.
11.
Tender quotation with one year warranty only for all items shall be
entertained.
12.
Tenderer should enclose proof of ISO-9001 Certificate.
