Short Notice Inviting Quotation

8. Cost of B.O.Q. Rs. 2500/- as per rule.

9. Only reputed manufacturer or their authorized dealers are allowed to participate.

10. Quotationer have to submit satisfactory work done certificate of similar nature & amount.

11. Quotationer are reqd. to visit the site before submitting the Quotation.

12. Conditional tenders will not be accepted.

13. Quotation shall be opened infront of Quotationer or their authorized representative on scheduled date & time.

14. Payment shall be made subject to availability of fund and no advance payment shall be made.

15. Quotationer have to clearly specify the completion period .

16. Quotationer will have to submit 2% of the quoted amount as EMD in the shape of Six Yrly. NSC/TD pass book or bank guarantee pledged in favour of Electrical Executive Engineer, Electric Works Division, Ranchi.

17. Quotationer have to quote the price including all type of chargeable taxes as per the rule prevailing.

18. Quotationer have to clearly specify the guarantee period.

19. Quotationer have to submit attested copy of up-to-date I.T, J.S.T clearance certificate and dealer authorization certificate at the time of purchase of B.O.Q.

20. The undersignee reseves the right to postpone/ cancel the Quotation without assigning any reason for it.

21. Any other terms and condition as mentioned in B.O.Q shall be part of the original Quotation.

22. Any information regarding the work/ Quotation can be obtained from the office of the undersignee and Superintending Engineer.
