In view of the 34^th National games various stadia are under construction at Ranchi. The approximate number of polypropylene chairs needed are push back type 5000 & normal chairs 75000.

          The detail specifications of chairs and the technical/financial conditions are given in the tender document. The tender document can be purchased from the office of the Director, Art, Culture, Sports & Youth Affairs, 3^rd Floor MDI Building, Dhurwa, Ranchi- 834004 on any working day within office hours.

          The interested tenderers can download the tender document from our website www.34thnationalgamesjharkhand.in. In case of purchase of tender document from the office of the Director the document shall be made available after submission  of a demand Draft for Rs. 5000/-(Five thousand only) in favour of Director, Art, Culture, Sports & Youth Affairs, payable at Ranchi on any scheduled bank.

          In case the tenderer opts to download the document they can do so free of cost but they have to deposit a similar demand draft as is given above with their technical bid failing which the tender shall not be accepted.

          The tenderer must go through the bid document carefully and those tenderers who qualifies as per the various specifications shall need  apply.

          Incomplete tenders shall not be accepted.
          The tenders shall be accepted on or before 27.12.07 till 3 P.M. in the office of the Director, Art, Culture, Sports & Youth Affairs, 3^rd Floor, MDI Building, Dhurwa, Ranchi-834004.
