Civil
Aviation Department, Government of Jharkhnad invites sealed tenders for
6-8 (excluding crew members) Seater Twin Engine Jet Aircraft on lease on
as and when required basis. For this a panel of interested parties/
companies will be prepared.
- Interested
parties are requested to send their proposal mentioning:
(a)
Technical Specification of the offered Aircraft
(b)
Financial terms and conditions
(c)
Credentials and experiences

The
successful tenders will have to make the Aircraft available at
Ranchi on 24 hours notice.

Uniform
Financial rate will apply for all the parties / companies of the
panel. For this, if need be, negotiations will be done keeping the
accepted lowest rate as basis.

An amount
of Rs.50,000/- (Fifty thousand) as Earnest Money (refundable to
unsuccessful tenderer)shall be submitted with the tender as Demand
Draft issued by Nationalised Bank drawn in favour of the Secretary,
Civil Aviation Department, Government of Jharkhand.

Sealed
tenders must reach the office of the Secretary, Civil Aviation
Department, Government of Jharkhand, C.M.P.D.I. Building, Kanke Road
Ranchi on or before 03.04.2003.

The
tenders will be received during the office hours upto 02.04.2003 and
upto 3:00P.M.on 03.04.2003.

Tenders
will be opened at 4:00P.M.on 03.04.2003 in the office of the
Secretary, Civil Aviation Department, Government of Jharkhand,
C.M.P.D.I. Building, Kanke Road Ranchi. The tenderer or their
Authorized representative may remain present at the time of opening
of tenders.

Secretary,
Civil Aviation Department, reserved the right to cancel all or any
of the tenders without assigning any reason thereof.
