Civil Aviation Authority, Govt.
of Jharkhand invites tender for the following type of Helicopter on Wet
lease:
1.
HELICOPTER (TWIN ENGINE) – Seating Capacity 2+5 for VIP
configuration. The Helicopter must not have flown more than 2500HRs
(Twenty five hundred) from the date of manufacture and equipped with
latest avionics system, IFR and Air-conditioning.
2.
All Helicopters offered for lease must have up to date DGCA
clearance.
3.
Company holding current (NSOP) Non Schedule Operator Permit
issued by DGCA, Govt. of India can only apply.
4.
Technical & Financial proposal outlining all the
terms and conditions must be submitted along with tender in separate
sealed envelop.
5.
The interested Company holding current Non Schedule
Operator Permit may submit detail information along with supportive
documents with the technical and financial proposal for the specified
type of Helicopter on Wet lease in sealed envelops clearly marked with
Technical/Financial proposal to the office of The Principal
Secretary, Civil Aviation Department –cum- Member Secretary, Civil
Aviation Authority, Govt. of Jharkhand, Birsa Munda Airport, State
Hangar, Hinoo, Ranchi-2 (Jharkhand) Telefax – 0651-2500227 till 03rd
July,08 at 03.00 PM.
The tenders will be opened in the chamber of undersigned on 03rd
July, 08 at 04.00 PM. Interested bidders may remain present at the
time of opening of the tender.
6.
The Principal Secretary, Civil Aviation Department-cum-
Member Secretary, Civil Aviation Authority, Govt. of Jharkhand, Ranchi
shall reserve the right to cancel all or any tender without assigning
any reason to any tenderer.
