GLOBAL TENDER NOTICE

PURCHASE OF NEW HELICOPTER, AEROPLANE AND MOTOR GLIDER

The Govt. of Jharkhand invites tender for the following :

1. (a) HELICOPTER (TWIN ENGINE)- Seating Capacity 2+5 for VIP configuration. The Helicopter must be factory new, equipped with latest avionics system, IFR and Air-conditioning.
(b) HELICOPTER (TWIN ENGINE)- Seating Capacity 2+12 and above in Police version. The Helicopter must be factory new, equipped with latest avionics system, IFR and Air-conditioning, in addition to standard fitting offered in police configured Helicopter.
(c) AEROPLANE (Twin Engine-Turbo Prop)- Seating capacity 2+9 in VIP configuration. Equipped with latest avionics in system, IFR.
(d) AEROPLANE (Single Engine)- Seating capacity 1+3. The aircraft must be equipped with dual controls, latest avionics, IFR and preferably certified for aero-towing of Gliders/Sailplane.
(e) Motor Guider- Seating capacity 1+1. The aircraft must be equipped with dual controls, latest avionics, IFR and of latest model available in world market.

2. All necessary training mandated by the DGCA (India) for the operational and technical personnel in adequate number must be provided at the cost of manufacturer.

3. All Helicopters / Aeroplane offered for sale must have up to date DGCA clearance.

4. Aircraft manufacturer should have their distributor/dealer in country having DGCA (Govt. of India) approved facilities to provide after sale service & maintenance.

5. Technical & Financial proposal outlining all the terms and conditions must be submitted along with tender in separate sealed envelopes.

6. All offers should be accompanied by a demand Draft drawn at Ranchi in favour of Secretary, Civil Aviation Department, Govt. of Jharkhand of Rs. 1 (One) Lakh as refundable earnest money.

7. The interested manufacturers/Authorized representative (Possessing the necessary evidence of authorization) may submit detail information along with performa invoice and financial proposal for the specified type of  Helicopter, Aeroplane, Motorglider in sealed envelops to the office of The Secretary, Home and Civil Aviation Department, State Hangar, Birsa Munda Airport, Hinoo, Ranchi-2 (Jharkhand) Telefax – 0651-2500227 latest by 25^th of Feb.,2006.

8. The date of opening of the tender will be hosted on our website www.jharkhandgov.in

9. Secretary, Home and Civil Aviation Department shall reserve the right to cancel all or any tender without assigning any reason to any tenderer.
