The Building Construction Department invites bids for
the construction of works detailed in the table. The bidders
may submit bids for any or all of the following works.

Building document (and additional copies) may be
purchased from the office of (i) Chief Engineer, Building
Construction Department, Combined building, Link tank road,
Ranchi (2) Supertintending Eingineer, Buildiding circle No. 2
Ranchi (3) Executive Engineer, Building Division, Latehar From
08.02.2010 for a non-refundable fee, in the form of Demand
draft on any scheduled bank payable at Latehar in favour of
Executive Engineer, Building Division, Latehar interested
bidders may obtain further information at the same address.
Bidding documents requested by mail will be dispatched by
registered/ speed post on payment of an extra amount of Rs
500.00 (Five Hundred) in the form of Demand Draft for each
work. The Department will not be held responsible for the
postal delay if any. In the delivery of the documents or non-
receipt of the same.

Bids must be accompanied by security of the amount
specified for the work in the table, payable at Latehar and
drawn in favour of Executive Engineer, Building Division,
Latehar. Bid security will have to be in anyone of the forms
as pecified in the bidding document and shall have to be vaild
for 45 days beyond the validity of the did.
4.
Bids must be delivered to Chief Engineer, Building
Construction Department, combined building Line tank road,
Ranchi on or before 15.00 P.M. hours on 17.02.2010 and well be
opned on the same day at 16.00 P.M. in the presence of the
bidders who wish to attend. If the office happens to be closed
on the date of recepit of the bids as specified, the bids will
be received and opened on the next working day at the same
time and venue.

The tenderer has to produce following documents at the
time of purchase of standard bidding document (a) Credentials
as per S.B.D. requirement (b) Annual turnover certificate of
any year in the last five year (c) Up to date sale tax
clearance certificate (d) character certificate issued by
D.C./ S.P. (e) VAT
