Bidding document (and additional copies) may be
purchased from the office of (1)chief Engineer,
Building construction Department, combined building,
Line tank road ,Ranchi (2)superintending
Engineer, Building Construction Department,
Chhotanagpur circle, Ranchi(3)Executive Engineer,
Building Division ,Khunti from 1.10.09 to 5.10.09 ,for
a non-refundable fee ,in the form of
Demand draft on any scheduled bank payable at khunti in
favour of Executive Engineer, Building Division, Khunti. Interested bidders may obtain further information
at the same address. Bidding document
requested by mail will be dispatched by registered/speed post
on payment of an extra amount
of Rs.500.00(five Hundred) in the form of Demand draft. The
Department will not be held responsible
for the postal delay if any, in the delivery of the documents
or non-receipt of the same.

Bids must be accompanied by security amount specified
for the work in the table, payable at
Khunti and drawn in favour of Executive Engineer, Building
Division, Khunti. Bid security wall
have to be in anyone of the forms as specified in the
bidding document and shall have to be valid
for 120 days beyond the validity of the bid.
4.
Bids must be delivered to chief Engineer, Building
construction Department, combined building,
Line tank road, Ranchi on or before 15.00P.M.hours on
9.10.09 and will be opened on the same
day at 16.00 P.M,in the presence of the bidders who
wish to attend .If the office happens to be
closed on the date of receipt of the bids as specified,
the bids will be received and opened on
the next working
day at the same time and venue.
