Cost of Tender Document

Terms & Condition : 

1. The firm/company participating in the tender must be either I.S.O certified company or the product should have ISI/BIS quality mark. 

2. The firm/company should have at least 5 years experience in the manufacture the product and should have supplied to Govt. Departments satisfactorily. 

3. The tender will have to be submitted in two separate sealed envelopes super scribed with the details of the 
tender: 
(a) Technical bid along with earnest money deposit. 
(b) Financial bid. 

3. The technical part will be opened first before the state level purchase committee. The financial part of successful firms/companies on qualified on the basis of technical specification will be opened and considered later by the purchase committee. 

4. The successful bidder has to open service center in each district head quarter, provided with all spare parts of the machine/equipments that they are supplied under this tender. 

5. The amount of E.M.D. will have to be deposited in the form of crossed Bank Draft in favour of Director of Agriculture, Jharkhand, Ranchi. 

6. The supplies will have to be made at different district head quarter of the state and no extra payment will be given for the same in any level.   

7. Undersigned reserves the right to place order to one firm or distribute the order among all other firm/company who has qualified in the technical bid limited to the lowest bid. 

8. The undersign reserves right to accept or reject any or all tenders, to extend the cut off date and time without assigning any reason in this regard. 

9. The firm/company/sister concern should have not been blacklisted either by any Govt. or Govt. of India Institutions.   

10. The details and specification of each item to be supplied are given in the tender documents which is made available with the Deputy Director (General) Directorate of Agriculture, Krishi Bhawan, Kanke Raod, Ranchi. 

11. Any other relevant information can be obtained from Director of Agriculture, Krishi Bhawan, Kanke Raod, Ranchi during office hours.
