TENDER NOTICE

Tenders are invited from external independent Agencies/ Institutions/ Organizations from the panel list of National Afforestation & Eco - Development Board, Ministry of Environment and Forests, Govt. of India for,

1. Current assessment of Afforestation Programme in the Jharkhand State during 2006-07 and 2007-08.

2. Monitoring & Evaluation of benefits from Lac Development Programme Plantation Year 2001-02 to 2008-09 to the villagers.

            The tender documents can be obtained from the office of the Deputy Conservator of Forests, Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation Cell, Ranchi by depositing a fee of Rs. 500/- (Rs. Five hundred) only in the form of a Bank Draft issued in favour of “Deputy Conservator of Forests Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation Cell, Ranchi” payable at Ranchi.

          Separate envelopes for technical and financial bids will be received in the office of the Deputy Conservator of Forests, Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation Cell, Ranchi on or before 27.01.2010 till 1.00 pm.. The tenders will be opened on the same day at 3.00 pm. in the presence of tenderers and members of a Screening Committee constituted for this purpose.
